We carry out customer satisfaction feedback surveys one month from installation sign off.
We offer a two week grace period for fine tuning optimisation for call pick-up groups, hunt groups, speed dials etc.
Our service contracts include a free of charge once monthly update to speed dials, if required, to customers with remote access.
