Quality Assured
Our experienced and accomplished engineering team are fully trained on the latest products from all of our key suppliers and carry both manufacturer accreditations in addition to industry wide qualifications such as Convergence Technology Professional and Cisco Certified Network Associate certifications.
Capable
Our expert engineers can install complete convergence solutions from Category 5e (Cat5e), Category 6 (Cat6), Category 6A (Cat 6A) and Category 7 (Cat 7) telecommunications cabling, to single mode optical fibre (SMF) and multimode optical fibre (MMF). We hold WLR3 or Wholesale Line Rental 3 with BT’s Openreach business which allows us to manage the installation of lines and calls. We can also install LAN's (Local Area Networks), WAN's (Wide Area Networks) and VPNs (Virtual Private Networks) and are capable of integrating our VoIP telephone systems in a converged data environment across LAN's and WAN's using Quality of Service protocols such as VLAN, MPLS and differentiated services, to ensure that Voice calls are prioritised.
Prepared
Where necessary, our engineers carry out pre-installation surveys and health checks for network readiness and wireless coverage and carry out pre-building of equipment off site. This enables us to carry out trouble-free efficient installations when we do get to site.
We agree the requirements and system configuration programming within a Project documenation schedule, which is provided to the customer to ensure that the project is managed succesfully to deliver the solution effectively.
Friendly and Flexible
As well as being qualified and experienced, our engineers are helpful, friendly and flexible, leaving your offices clean and tidy and causing minimal disruption to your daily business. All customers receive basic operation demonstrations and user guides before we leave the site in advance of any formal training.
We also offer as standard a 2 week minor snagging period from installation to ensure your system is configured in a way that is 100% satisfactory for your business.
