Our 25 Point Plan

Based on our many years of experience, lessons learned and feedback from our existing customers, our project management team have developed a 25 Point Plan, which details and checks every step of an installation or upgrade, to ensure that you the customer enjoy a smooth and timely completion of any project we undertake for you.

Checklist

Our 25 Point Plan and checklist identifies everything from cablings, existing lines, telephone numbers and data circuits, to LAN (local area network), WAN (wide area network), remote access, multi-site networking requirements.

Project Requirements

Our processes ensure that detailed handover information is provided by our sales and account management teams, which identify what is needed in terms of programming meetings, site surveys, voice over IP readiness testing, quality of service management and customer training.
