Unlike many of our competitors, we don’t focus on time to respond to a problem, we measure ourselves on time it takes to resolve a problem. We think this is what matters to our customers and so this is what we work to. We prioritise and escalate mission critical problems and manage to resolve 90% of all technical support calls remotely, resulting in fast effective support for our customers.

Our engineering team each has an average of 9 years service at Opus Business Systems. All our engineers are cross trained on all products, so that whoever you are talking to at Opus, you can expect the highest level of service.

Qualified Engineers

Our engineers carry both manufacturer accreditations in addition to industry wide qualifications such as Convergence Technology Professional (CTP) and Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) certifications. We invest and re-invest in training our engineers on the latest hardware and software from our suppliers, so that you can be assured of support for all of your communications equipment from Opus.
