Opus Business Systems customers wishing to report a fault can do so by telephone, email or our online fault reporting service.

Reporting a Fault Online

The Opus Business Systems service team aims to answer the service line promptly and work to resolve any customer issues that are raised. For your convenience during peak telephone periods, faults can also be reported online. You can also monitor the progress of reported faults online, rather than waiting for updates by telephone.

Please note that Opus Business Systems office opening hours are:

9:00 to 5:30 Monday to Friday excluding Bank Holidays.

 

Reporting a Fault By Telephone

Reporting a Fault By Email

To report a fault by email during office hours please send details to service@opus-telecom.co.uk.

Faults reported online outside of office hours will be dealt with promptly as soon as our offices are open.

 

Urgent Out of Hours Support

To report faults outside of standard office hours, please use the unique emergency out of hours dedicated telephone number that you will have been provided with when your account was set up with the requirement for out of hours support cover, to ensure that the out of hours engineers are notified of the fault.
