Since its foundation in 1992, Opus Business Systems has been focused on providing customers with business driven communications solutions with excellent customer service. 

Our Aim

Our aim has been to foster a team approach and a desire to work hand in hand for the benefit of our customers, to provide a working environment where employees take individual responsibility for the level of service being provided to the customer, the profitability of the company and the overall positioning of the company as a leader in the industry today and into the 21st century.

As a result of this approach, many employees have worked for Opus Business Systems for more than 10 years, some since day one.

Our combined goal is provide our customers with communications products and services through a company committed to customer service, superb technical capabilities and continued adaptability to emerging technologies in voice and data collaboration and convergence disciplines.

Specialist Teams

Whilst we have the capabilities to provide communications solutions to any industry, we have developed expertise in a number of sectors including the Legal, Medical and Education sectors and now have dedicated teams in place to serve each of these sectors. Customers continue to benefit from our understanding of specific issues that surgeries, schools and legal practices face on a day to day basis, setting us apart from the competition.

Our acquisition of the City Office in Cornhill has been driven by our commitment to supporting our growing customer base in the Legal Sector. Customers benefit from us being on hand to provide prompt support, help and advice.
