Tier 1 Carriers

Opus offer low cost calls and are amongst the most competitive available, though working with the sort of client base we have, we cannot afford to sacrifice quality in a battle for price. We use only Tier 1 carriers and supply high levels of service for our clients.

We bill exactly what has been agreed and our bills are straightforward and easy to understand. We can generally match or beat our competitor’s offerings but try to avoid gimmicks and half truths that can often cloud the true costs of a call package.

Tier 1 Service

We have a policy of dealing with any queries straight away and employ sufficient numbers of staff to make sure our clients can talk to a real live, efficient and friendly person, either based in London or our Sevenoaks office in in Kent.

Openreach Portal

We have a portal into the BT Openreach order platform which enables us to place orders directly on the UK’s largest carrier and offer outstanding service. We regularly attend meetings with them to provide feedback on their systems and guidance as to best practice.
