Features include IP Telephony, networking, cordless mobility, voicemail & Unified Messaging, computer telephony (CTI) and Call Centre applications, making this the ideal solution for a business with up to 50 employees. 

Ease of installation is guaranteed, with the system designed to be desk, wall or 19” rack mountable with all connections readily to hand.

Wide Range of Handsets

As with all IntelliGate systems, the IntelliGate 300 can handle the widest range of handset types including digital, analogue, SIP, IP, DECT cordless and screen-based softphones. System handsets are designed to be intuitive to use, being operated by minimal key presses via menu driven options, in many ways similar to the simple operation of a mobile phone.

Advanced Voicemail and Auto-Attendant

Every user can have an advanced voicemail system to ensure that calls are never lost, and an in-built “Auto Attendant” feature ensures that customer calls are efficiently directed to the right person or department. 

Business Efficiency

IntelliGate supports the latest in telephony technology to deliver maximum business efficiencies. For example some staff may work remotely or from home, so the IntelliGate offers full Voice over IP capability to allow users full access to all features of the system wherever they are.
