Space saving dimensions and an excellent price-performance ratio, the Office 25 is the convenience level telephone for normal use. Besides the intelligent menu prompting, the Office 25 also features an alphanumeric display that allows you to dial up your colleague�s number directly, using the stored name.
The Office 25 brings the advantages of the Aastra system to any environment. It offers high functionality with the convenience of an alpha-numeric display at a cost effective price it is the ideal choice for lower volume telephone users.
The Office 25 alpha-numeric display shows the number dialled, speed-dial by name, the past 4 calls with redial option, a list (by name if available) of up to 4 missed calls, plus on-screen intuitive prompts to use with the Foxkey to access the system features.
Like the other members of the Office family the Office 25 features an ingenious Foxkey for easy access to system features. One touch of the Foxkey takes you to the most appropriate function. If, for example, someone calls you on the Office 25 in your absence and leaves a message, just pressing the Foxkey plays back the message automatically. Functions like call back, switching between calls or conference calls can also be selected simply by pressing or holding down the Foxkey.
The four programmable keys of the Office 25 allow you to store two numbers per key and access them simply by pressing the key once or twice. Alternatively they can be used as function keys to activate or deactivate various functions.
Up to 10 speed-dial numbers can be stored under the number keys in addition to the system wide directory.
Loudspeaker for on-hook dialling and call monitor
With the built in loud speaker, you can dial on-hook, receive group paging calls and monitor a call in progress.
The LED light performs several practical functions: It flashes to indicate an incoming call, which together with the adjustable ringing volume is extremely useful in noisy environments. It also lights to indicate a caller has left a voice mail or wishes to be called back. Pressing the Foxkey when the lit is on automatically activates the relevant function.
