Aastra Office 5370IP Handset

When used together with a headset, the Office 5370IP is optimally designed for heavy telephone users, such as call centre agents.

Enhanced Productivity

Via its "attention" LED, users are informed of newly received text and voice messages even if they have chosen to reduce the ringing volume. As standard, 12 freely configurable keys are available for team, control and alarm functions. When used together with a headset, the Office 5370IP is also optimally designed for heavy telephone users, such as call centre agents. The Office 5370 supports the Electronic Hookswitch (EHS) interface known as DHSG which means that the headset can be used to control the volume, as well as to accept and clear down calls.

Reduced Cabling

Additional network terminals (e.g. PC, printer) can be connected directly using the integrated mini-switch connection, which considerably reduces the LAN (Local Area Network) cabling work required. All models can be powered via Power over Ethernet (PoE) or from an optional mains power supply adapter.

Expandability

Just a few simple actions are required to expand the Office 5370IP with one additional keypad.

Foxkey for Intuitive User Guidance

Like the other members of the Office family the Office 5370IP features an ingenious Foxkey for easy access to system features. One touch of the Foxkey takes you to the most appropriate function. If, for example, someone calls you on the Office 5370IP in your absence and leaves a message, just pressing the Foxkey plays back the message automatically. Functions like call back, switching between calls or conference calls can also be selected simply by pressing or holding down the Foxkey.
